Abena Kyere

Abena kyere is a PhD candidate at the Institute of African Studies in the University of Ghana and currently working on experiences of the clergy-wives (Osofomaame) in Ghana. She holds an Mphil in African Studies and is a Graduate Assistant at the Centre for Gender Studies and Advocacy for the past two years. Ms. Kyere has an upmost interest in research and teaching in areas such as gender and religion, gender and popular culture and children’s literature.
