Mr. Yao Soungalo is a Senior Technical Advisor at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) program based in Burkina Faso. He is an expert in diplomacy, international relations, health coordination, health policies and planning, and capacity development in related fields. Mr Soungalo has worked with several local and international NGOs including UNESCO, UNDP, UNV, and UNCTAD in Africa.
